Premium Membership ($29.99/month) includes:

Access to all free & premium content (articles, eBooks, audios, videos, downloadable documents).
Access to free and premium interactive tools.
Unlimited searches on CueLingo.
Access to exclusive courses to deepen your knowledge of body language.
Invitations to weekly Q&A live sessions via third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).

2.2 Subscription Billing

The $29.99/month subscription automatically renews every month using the payment details provided.
Users do not receive a renewal reminder before being charged.
Users may pause or downgrade their membership at any time through their account settings.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

3.1 Refunds

A full refund is available within the first 3 days after payment.
If a user cancels within 3 business days of signing up or upgrading from Free to Premium, they will receive a full refund of the membership fee.
After the 3-day period, no refunds will be issued.

3.2 Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.
Immediate access loss: Upon cancellation, access to Premium content is revoked immediately, and the user will not have access until the end of the billing cycle.
Users who cancel may reactivate their membership at any time by subscribing again.

4. Payments & Security

4.1 Payment Processing

Stripe handles all payments securely. The Website does not store or process any payment details directly.
Users must ensure their payment details are up to date to avoid service interruptions.

4.2 No Free Trial

The Website does not offer a free trial for Premium Membership. However, users can access the Free Membership at any time.

4.3 Failed Payments

If a payment fails (e.g., due to an expired card or insufficient funds), the membership is canceled immediately.
The user will receive an email notification about the failed transaction and must update their payment details to regain access.

5. User Responsibilities & Conduct

5.1 Proper Use of Content
